Job summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Track & Trace Coordinator to support drayage operations and ensure real time visibility of container movements from ports or rail ramps to final delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of port and drayage operations specifically within the New York/New Jersey port region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor drayage shipments using TMS, carrier portals, and terminal/rail systems
• Proactively identify delays and communicate updates to internal teams and customers
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations to resolve exceptions
• Maintain accurate shipment milestones and notes
