Job Description

As a Trade Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting regulatory compliance and business operations. You will manage investigations, documentation, and regulatory processes while contributing to efficient project execution and ensuring adherence to trade and compliance requirements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Data Entry & System Maintenance

  • Upload classification records in systems such as Tradeflow, Oracle, D365, SAP, or equivalent
  • Perform bulk data uploads and updates using Excel templates and system tools

Customs & Broker Support

  • Validate broker entry data against internal records to ensure accuracy
  • Support entry audit processes, including record checks and discrepancy tracking
  • Assist with post-entry corrections, reconciliations, and data cleanup efforts
