Trade Compliance Analyst (Customs, FTA & Shipping)

Overview

Summary: This position has responsibility for performing all country of origin and preferential free trade agreements evaluation and maintaining compliance data in SAP GTS. Duties also include but are not limited to, preparing Customs binding rulings, identifying and recommending new global trade processes and procedures, and understanding global trade system interfaces and capabilities. This position has responsibility for evaluation for Free Trade Agreements, as well as country of origin determination. Duties also include, but are not limited to, maintaining Hershey's Global Trade System and other databases to comply with Global Trade Compliance regulations, in addition to providing updated FTA Certificates.
