Responsibilities

• Control and verification of the legal stay of machinery, equipment and tools
• Match customs entries (pedimentos) with the company’s financial information
• Physical location of machinery and equipment in the plant
• Physical filing of customs entries for machinery and equipment
• Electronic/digital filing and photos in the ONE CORE platform
• Document preparation for SAT audits
• Purging and shredding of physical archive documents
• Rectification of customs entries for machinery and equipment
• Validation of part number balances for machinery and equipment returns
• Audit of machinery and equipment list for disposition (F5, V1, RT)
• Preparation of regime changes for machinery and equipment (F5)
• Regularization of machinery and equipment (A3)
• Download machinery and equipment in Annex 24
• Generate monthly download report for Annex 30
