Position Overview:
Manage global trading platform readiness: pre-trading & post-tradingProvide monitoring and support for end to end transaction flow across the trading platformQuickly identify, analyze and correct alerts & issues and/or escalate to minimize trade flow impact and preempt outagesIncident management: create and send reports following established processIntensive interaction with trading community, back office operations, brokers, exchanges, development and infrastructure teamsSupport scheduled changes: application deployments, network implementations and server maintenanceOversee automated processes, scheduled jobs and regular reportsManage users’ requests: track requests, review approvals, updates, resolution, closure, etc.Identify inefficiencies such as repetitive activities, manual processes and suboptimum tools/workflows to drive continuous imp...
