As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in managing the operations of pre- and post-trading life cycles across all asset classes, with a primary focus on cash movements in and out of client accounts and preparing funding for managed demand deposit accounts. You will coordinate with other business lines to ensure proper funding, applying your knowledge of trade lifecycle processes to identify and resolve issues while contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives. Your success will depend on your ability to actively listen, ask insightful questions, and establish productive relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as manage projects and influence outcomes. You will have the opportunity to develop your understanding of market products and emerging technologies, directly impacting the team's goals and performance. Regular guidance and support from more experienced professionals will help you grow in your role.

Job responsibilities
  • Ensure meeting client deliverables with a high level of timeliness and accuracy.
  • Develop an environment of continuous focus on quantifiable productivity and quality. Consistently and regularly review processes and performance with a focus on improving departmental competency and performance ratings.
  • Periodically review procedures to assure new processes are documented.
  • Interact with global location managers in an effective and professional manner.
  • Work closely with tech teams on project deliveries, solutions, and design.
  • Oversee and manage multiple projects.
  • Work directly with senior managers to identify technology, resource, and/or process needs. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
  • Manage risk to the business.
  • Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Graduate with Minimum 6 years of work experience in a financial institution.
  • Working knowledge of various aspects of Reconciliations, Cash and stock products
  • SWIFTS framework knowledge
  • Strong Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally & externally and at all levels.
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills in English.
  • Experience of working / partnering with Risk, Audit and Compliance to ensure that the overall organizational objectives are met. 
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in Economics or Industrial Engineering enhancing understanding of complex financial operations.
  • Project Management/ Implementation experience would be a plus.
