About the role
The Trade Maintenance Supervisor is a Full-Time position, based at our Ingleburn factory (Glass wool products). Reporting to the Manager you contribute to the maintenance activities to ensure reliability, error minimisation and sustained quality improvement.
In this role you will:
* Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past.
* Manage the Trade maintenance team of Fitters and Electricians.
* Directly supervise team members to ensure tasks are completed in alignment with processes, procedures, and policies.
