Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support key account activities and promotional campaigns.
  • Supervise and lead the merchandising team to ensure in-store visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze trade marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage trade marketing budget and ROI tracking.
  • Train and develop the merchandising team to uphold high standards of retail execution and brand representation.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Excellent command of English.
  • 7+ years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in FMCG/Food Production.
  • Strong understanding of retail environments and shopper behavior.
  • Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
