Trade Operation Executive

(About the role)

We're a Singapore-based trading company looking for a
Trade Operations Executive
to support day-to-day export/import operations and coordination with customers and logistics partners.

This is a
remote role based in anywhere
, working closely with our team to ensure smooth execution from order to shipment and documentation.

(What you'll do)

• Coordinate trade operations from order confirmation to shipment completion
• Prepare and manage trade documents such as
  PI, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL
  , and related paperwork as needed
• Communicate with
  forwarders / carriers / warehouses / customers
  to manage schedules (ETD/ETA), shipment updates, and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate records and trackers (e.g., Google Sheets/Excel), ensuring data consistency
