Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on leader to own OMS and trade support operations at a fast-moving, growth-focused investment firm.

 

Position Description:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of our Order Management System (OMS)
  • Configure workflows and support day-to-day trading activity
  • Lead client onboarding and ensure smooth integration with trading systems
  • Manage broker connectivity and routing logic
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements (CAT, 606, etc.)
  • Identify and implement process improvements across trading operations
  • Build and manage a small team as we grow

 

Must-have qualifications:

  • Has 3–5+ years of experience in trading operations or OMS support
  • 1+ years of experience in a lead/manager role
  • Knows their way around FIX protocol and OMS platforms
