Job Description

We’re seeking a proactive Trading Desk Support Analyst to help maintain the stability and performance of a fast-paced low-touch electronic trading environment. This role supports real-time equities and options order flow and ensures system uptime, rapid issue resolution, and adherence to compliance standards. This is a hybrid role, 3 days onsite per week in Manhattan or Winter Park, Florida. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor live order activity across various markets, ensuring orders are routed and executed without manual intervention.

  • Act swiftly to address disruptions in trade flow.

  • Investigate and manage interruptions from market halts, system errors, or unexpected trading behavior.

  • Set up and maintain FIX connections, oversee onboarding workflows, and confirm drop copy accuracy.
