Experience: 2+ years (US Equities / Options)


BearStreet is expanding its US trading operations and is looking for an experienced US Market Trader who can train, mentor, and manage a growing team of traders .BearStreet is a growing proprietary trading firm focused on the US stock markets. As we expand our trading operations, we are looking for an experienced and passionate trading professional who can train, mentor, and manage a team of US market traders while building a strong, performance-driven trading culture.


Responsibilities:
  • Train and mentor new US market traders
  • Manage daily trading operations and risk controls
  • Review trades and guide traders on discipline and performance
  • Recruit and interview aspiring day traders
  • Build a high-performance trading culture
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of US market structure & execution
  • Proficiency with US trading platforms and tools like Takion , Sterling Pro , PPro8 .
  • Hands-on experience in US equities/options
  • Proven risk management and leadership skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced trading floor environment


Compensation: Fixed monthly Salary(Upto 30K) + % share in group profits
