Trading Infra Support

A huge HFT is seeking a Trading Infra Support to join in a regional support capacity. The role involves having the responsibility for ensuring high availability of infrastructure services such as IaaS, Research and Trading infrastructure regionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 production support and real‑time monitoring for critical services to ensure high availability and system stability.
• Quickly triage and resolve alerts, incidents, and outages, escalating as needed to minimize trade impact.
• Collaborate closely with traders, developers, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
• Oversee automated processes, scheduled jobs, and operational reporting.
• Manage user and service requests through ticketing workflows, and drive continuous improvements by reducing manual effort through automation and process optimization.
