Trading Infra Support
A huge HFT is seeking a Trading Infra Support to join in a regional support capacity. The role involves having the responsibility for ensuring high availability of infrastructure services such as IaaS, Research and Trading infrastructure regionally.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for providing L1/L2 production support and real‑time monitoring for critical services to ensure high availability and system stability. Quickly triage and resolve alerts, incidents, and outages, escalating as needed to minimize trade impact. Collaborate closely with traders, developers, infrastructure teams, and external vendors. Oversee automated processes, scheduled jobs, and operational reporting. Manage user and service requests through ticketing workflows, and drive continuous improvements by reducing manual effort through automation and process optimization.
