Job Description
We are seeking a Traffic Coordinator to lead and optimize our cross-border freight operations between Mexico and the U.S. This role ensures efficient planning, execution, and monitoring of shipments, while supervising a team of traffic analysts, dispatchers, and monitoring staff.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and control national and international routes, ensuring compliance with border crossing times and regulations.
Supervise and coordinate traffic analysts, dispatchers, and monitoring staff.
Monitor unit status and resolve operational incidents to guarantee service continuity.
Ensure compliance with customs, safety, and transportation regulations in Mexico and the U.S.
Provide proactive communication and shipment updates to customers.
Analyze KPIs to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize costs.
