We are currently searching for a Traffic EIT to support our East Gulf Region located in Birmingham, Huntsville, Mobile, Montgomery, or Tuscaloosa, AL. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Alabama if out of state.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist with preparation of technical reports for traffic impact studies, interchange access requests, or safety studies
  • Assist with development of traffic impact studies, land use planning, master plan studies, traffic signal warrant studies, bikeway planning and design, community and campus planning, technical report writing
  • Work on temporary traffic control plan/traffic management plan (TMP) and signing, pavement marking plans
  • Work on traffic signal design plans for new intersections and signal modifications to facilitate multimodal accommodations
