Summary About the Position: You will serve a Traffic Management Specialist plans and executes military and contracted operational support airlift (OSA) in the US Africa Command area of responsibility (AOR). Provides transportation and distribution subject matter expertise for the J33. Serves as a civilian analyst and action officer for resolution and analysis of assigned joint transportation policy, doctrinal, automated information systems (AIS),programmatic, and force execution issues. Responsibilities Serve as the Designated Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for USAFRICOM Operational Support Airlift (OSA) contract.
