Role description:

The Traffic Signal Operations Analyst will be stationed at the Traffic Operations Centre and play a key role in monitoring, managing, and responding to traffic signal-related service requests. These requests may arise from field system issues, resident complaints, or congestion management needs. The analyst will ensure timely resolution and maintain smooth traffic flow across the city's signal network.
