Job Title: Train Operation Support Engineer
Purpose of the Job:
Provide real-time technical support to train drivers and operations teams in case of faults during service
Coordinate with Alstom control room to monitor train systems remotely and respond promptly to operational anomalies
Coordinate with traffic control and fleet management to manage train availability and service recovery
Provide clear and accurate instructions or guidance based on established protocols and procedures
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to railway equipment providing timely solutions and support to the off-site technical interventions
Prepare detailed reports and documentation of off-site maintenance activities, including findings and recommendations
Analyze incidents and support post-event investigations to determine technical causes
Collaborate with maintenance teams and contractors to support repairs and maintenance work
Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Conduct field inspections special checks and assessments of rolling stock
