I’m currently working with a main car dealership in the Chippenham area who are currently looking for a Trainee/Junior accounts assistant.


Basic starting at £20,000
Candidate Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving license
  • Some sort of qualification for accounts/finance

    • The Role:

  • To monitor all outstanding accounts to ensure payments are made swiftly and in line with customer terms of credit
  • Assist Purchase Ledger with day-to-day administration
  • Scanning invoices as required
  • Posting Cash and Company banking
  • Supporting team with statement reciliation
  • To note all outstanding accounts and investigate with the relevant departmental manager to ensure that there is no reason for non-payment
  • Supporting financial controller and accounts department with ad-hoc duties as required.
