A progressive aged care organization in Australia is seeking caring and supportive individuals for part-time roles assisting the elderly in their homes. The position provides on-the-job training and offers the opportunity to study for a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care). Excellent working conditions and incentives are available, with shifts primarily Monday to Friday. No prior experience is required, just a passion for caring for the elderly and a willingness to learn.
