Responsibilities :
- Assisting the Department in day-to-day activities.
- Preparing Monthly Expense.
- Co-ordinate within the departments.
- Making travel arrangements, travel booking.
- Drafting the letters, draft and prepare Tour Programs.
- Maintaining Files, date and keeping records of various reports.
- Maintaining Sales Data.
- Managing Sales & Marketing Head's schedules.
- Arranging coordinating & set-up all meetings and conferences.
- Maintaining Tour Programme & Time Utilisation Reports.
- Maintaing HTC record, CME data & Meeting expenses.
- Coordination over phone and email.
- Creating and maintaining filing system.
- Co-ordination between different departments related to execution of orders / queries.
- Responsible for end-to-end activities from order receipt to billing.
- Preparing and processing the CRM proposals.
- For new recruitments prepare proper documentation of candidate.
- For resigned candidate, prepare proper documentation which are required to process the Full and final settlement.
- End to end procedure for Field Expense & Attendance (Follow-up, submission to A/c dept & clearance of Salary & Expense).
