Salary

Training rate of pay is £12.21 per hour, rising to £13.35 per hour upon completion of training, and the position is paid weekly. Your weekly pay is based on rota hours of which the minimum of 40 hours is guaranteed.

Trainee Bus Driver

  • Based at our Lincoln depot, located at Great Northern Terrace, Lincoln, LN5 8HJ
  • Pay rate during training of £12.21p per hour (training will last 6 – 8 weeks)
  • On completion of training, hourly pay rate increases to £13.35p rising to £15.00p per hour after a further 6 months
  • Your weekly pay is based on rota hours of which the minimum of 40 hours is guaranteed.
  • Shift work will involve working any 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
