Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Trainee Business Analyst  to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have strong analytical skills, an interest in technology, and a passion for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in documenting business requirements , workflows, and functional specifications.
  • Support in preparing presentations  and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in customer interactions  to understand and capture business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and testers.
  • Apply basic SQL and software testing skills  to validate business requirements and outcomes.

  • Good documentation and writing skills .
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities .
  • Basic understanding of SQL  and software testing .
  • Comfortable interacting with clients or business stakeholders.

    • Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Qualification: UG: B.E./B.Tech/MCA (Computer Science or related discipline) PG: M.Tech (Computers) / MCA
  • Strong desire to learn new technologies  and business processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills  and a self-motivated  attitude.
  • Team player with a willingness to take initiative.
