We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Client Services Executive to joint our Court of Protection team

The role will primarily be to support legal advisors in the Court of Protection Personal Planning and Management team but there is opportunity to work across the rest of the private client teams which include family, childcare, mental health and wills and probate.

• The main responsibilities of the role include:
• Typing via dictation
• Dealing with documentation - to include applications to the Court of Protection, court orders, finance requests etc
• Diary Management
• File management - to include opening and closing files, carrying out compliance checks, scanning and saving documents to the document management syst...
