Job Description : Service Desk Support
- Log and update tickets accurately in ITSM tool under supervision.
- Resolve basic L1 issues (password resets, O365 mailbox creation, Teams setup).
- Ensure timely response and seek assistance from senior consultants when required.
Technical Exposure & Hands-on Learning
- Gain practical exposure to AD, Entra ID, Azure basics, and collaboration tools.
- Execute guided tasks by following SOPs and standard change processes.
- Participate in lab exercises and shadow projects to build capability.
Process Adherence & Documentation
- Follow ITIL-based processes for incident logging and request management.
- Draft knowledge base articles or SOPs under supervision.
- Ensure escalation protocols are followed to maintain compliance.
