Job Description : Service Desk Support

  • Log and update tickets accurately in ITSM tool under supervision.
  • Resolve basic L1 issues (password resets, O365 mailbox creation, Teams setup).
  • Ensure timely response and seek assistance from senior consultants when required.

Technical Exposure & Hands-on Learning

  • Gain practical exposure to AD, Entra ID, Azure basics, and collaboration tools.
  • Execute guided tasks by following SOPs and standard change processes.
  • Participate in lab exercises and shadow projects to build capability.

Process Adherence & Documentation

  • Follow ITIL-based processes for incident logging and request management.
  • Draft knowledge base articles or SOPs under supervision.
  • Ensure escalation protocols are followed to maintain compliance.
