ABOUT THE HOST EMPLOYER:

An opportunity has become available with a well-established, reputable local employer in Morisset! With over 30 years in the business, they manufacture kitchen cabinets, doors, wardrobes as flat packs or assembled.

They are seeking a Trainee Factory Allrounder to join their dynamic team in Morisset in the manufacture of all aspects of kitchen cabinetry & also deliveries, (Manufacturer only, no onsite work).

WHAT YOU'LL NEED...

• Motivated, reliable, and able to work well in a team
• Shows strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Punctual, safety-conscious, and eager to learn
• Holds a driver’s licence (required)
• Forklift licence is preferred but not essential
• Previous CNC experience is a bonus, but not required

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING...

As a Trainee Factory Allrounder, you’ll be involved in a wide variety of hands-on tasks including:

• Assisting in all areas of kitchen cabinetry manufacturing
• Dowelling, wrapping, stacking, and preparing products for delivery
• Assembling cabinetry and ensuring job components are complete
• General factory labouring and maintaining a clean, organised work environment
• Supporting warehouse duties and participating in deliveries (manufacturer only – no onsite installation)

As part of this Traineeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations-Warehousing through ON THE JOB Training over a period of 24 months.
