We are working with a forward-thinking financial planning firm in Cardiff that is looking to welcome a motivated and people-focused Trainee IFA. This is a rare opportunity for a diploma-qualified paraplanner or junior adviser to step into a regulated advice role quickly, with structured development and hands-on mentoring.

The firm prides itself on progressing advisers at pace not keeping trainees at the back for 1218 months. Most trainees move into a full advisory role within 36 months, with full adviser status realistically achieved by mid-next year.

You will attend client meetings from day one, gain direct exposure to the advice process, and receive close guidance on your early cases to build confidence rapidly.
