Trainee In Store Promoter (Samsung Dost)

Brief of the Initiative:-

This is a “Learn & Earn” Job opportunity with one of the world leading Mobile Manufacturing Company. As a Part of this opportunity, you will undergo Training for 6 Months as “ Samsung Dost” at Samsung Partner Retail Store. First Month would be Class room training followed by 5 months of On the Job training. During the 5 month of On the Job Training, you will be paid Rs. 10,000 per month as Stipend + incentive.

This initiative is aiming at Employability of Youth by India’s one of the largest handset manufacturer. As a part of the initiative, the youth will get trained on ‘In Store Promoter’ / ‘Store Demonstrator’ for the period of 5 months on NSQF aligned curriculum. The training program includes;

1. 15 days class room training

2. 2 to 5 months on the job training at various Samsung Partner Retail Stores (Stipend Paid)

3. During the OJT period, stipend will be paid INR 10,000/-

Age Limit: - 18  Years or Above only (As per Aadhaar Card)

Stipend (During OJT Only):-  10,000/- monthly stipend + Performance Award

Benefits (if any):-  Certification at the End of OJT period.
