Responsibilities:

  • We offer a training position to interested trainee lawyers (Referendare) in the Corporate Legal Department during their internship period, (from 3 to 6 months)
  • You will support the in-house lawyers by actively working in the areas of general business law, contract law and corporate law
  • You will prepare expert opinions and statements on your own responsibility
  • You participate in negotiations with clients and business partners

    • Please indicate the period in which you would like to complete the traineeship

    Qualifications:

  • Your main field of study or interest in the area of commercial law
  • Completed first German state examination, at least with the grade satisfactory” (befriedigend)
  • Very good knowledge of English (preferably gained abroad)
