Job Description

We are looking for a Trainee Spray Painter to join a growing, busy and friendly manufacturing company based in Barnstaple.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces and apply paint using spray guns to achieve a flawless finish on doors.
  • Mix and match paint colors to meet customer specifications.
  • Ensure proper ventilation and safety protocols during the painting process.
  • Maintain equipment, including cleaning and troubleshooting spray guns.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets.
