Trainee Recruiter

During the training you will be exposed to

• Posting job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
• Participate in candidate sourcing efforts.
• Learn how to screen resumes and conduct initial phone screening.
• Communicating with candidates and helping them make informed decision.
• Use recruiting software to keep track of the various stages of recruitment cycle.
• Planning and participating in various recruitment events.
• Enabling a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements and skills

• Any graduate with less than one year experience.
• Tech-savvy and Excellent communication skills...
