Job description
• Sourcing candidates using Job portals, social media etc.
• Assessing the candidates as per the job mandate
• Lining up of candidates for Interview
• Follow up on the interview status and managing candidate pipeline

The ideal candidate will have a combination of following aspects
1. Inclination to make a mark in the field of Human Resources (Talent Acquisition)
2. Excellent relationship management / people engagement skills
3. Superior communication skills
4. Ability to work in tight deadlines
5. A very not so common attribute called “Common-sense”
- The trainees will be hired for a period of 3 months and during the training period they will be paid a stipend of INR 15K per month
- Post successful completion of training the candidate can expect a permanent job offer (Basis performance during the training period.)
