Trainee Recruitment Consultant 

We're looking to speak with sales experienced individuals seeking a career in recruitment for our Consultancy in Darlington:

  • £16,870 basic + uncapped commission, moving to £18,000 after 3 months and £20,000 after 6 months
  • OTE first year £30k - 35k, second year £45k+, third year £65K+
  • Multiple sectors, all permanent roles
