Trainee - Scaffolder

Caledonia is a modern industrial services company serving the industrial, mining, energy, domestic and commercial construction sectors.

We are currently engaged in many high‑profile major project works and are contracted to some of the largest players in the energy, industrial and construction sectors.

Highly skilled and experienced Scaffolders continue to be in short supply and high demand across Australia. Recognising this skills shortage and in order to develop our own highly skilled scaffolders, Caledonia designed a unique Traineeship Program in 2013 which has been operating across the country ever since. Due to its continued success, we are now seeking expressions of interest for our program commencing in March 2026

Our Scaffolding Traineeship is designed for young people who want to start a career in scaffolding but have no prior experience.

Throughout the traineeship, you’ll work under the guidance of an experienced mentor in our scaffold yard while completing your required tickets through our RTO. By the end of the program, you will be a qualified Intermediate Scaffolder with the hands‑on experience and certifications needed to build a long‑term career in the scaffolding industry.
