This SEN school isn’t about rushing progress or ticking boxes. It’s about consistency, trust and doing right by every child.

They’re looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant who can bring calm energy, clear boundaries and a big dose of compassion to the classroom. You’ll be supporting pupils with complex needs, including autism and SEMH.

The role includes:



  • 1:1 and small group support


  • Helping pupils manage emotions and routines


  • Supporting learning through practical, hands-on activities


  • Being part of a genuinely supportive staff team


    • You don’t need to know everything already. You do need:



  • Experience supporting children or young people


  • A patient, understanding approach


  • The ability to stay cool when things get tricky
