About the role

In this role, you'll

• Develop skills and capabilities to become a qualified Train Driver through our paid 12‑month training program.
• You’ll learn how to safely operate a train and manage a variety of work scenarios through a combination of on‑the‑job and classroom/train‑simulation training.
• Receive ongoing mentoring and support from your dedicated Driver Trainer and experienced team members and get to know other trainees in your training school cohort.
