Trainer and Assessor

Our client is a transport and warehousing training and courses provider company and a market leader in their field. Due to business growth, there is now an exciting opportunity for a Trainer and Assessor to join their expanding team on a permanent full-time or part-time basis. The Trainer and Assessor will maintain, modify and/or develop learning resources, session plans and perform assessments as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver appropriate training, maintain, modify and/or develop learning resources, and session plans as required.
• Submit student results and academic files and update relevant reports/data.
• Analyse training resources and provide suggestions to the training and/or assessment where applicable.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with students and staff.
• Willingness to travel to mine/workshop sites when required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience gained in a similar position of trainer and assessor within Warehouse and transport industry.
• Certificate 4 in TAE40116 training and assessment.
• Able to teach any of the below:
• Order picker
• Certificate 3 in Driving operations
• Certificate 3 in Supply Chain Operations
• Well-developed time management skills and accuracy.
• Self-motivated, highly organised, and detail oriented.
• Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word.
