**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver engaging training programs to new hires before nesting
- Coach and guide trainees, addressing improvement areas
- Set clear training expectations and encourage active participation
- Suggest improvements for training design and delivery
- Collaborate with mentors to monitor agent performance
- Participate in program evaluations to ensure effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency (English level B2+/C1)
- College graduate (any course) or 6-12 months of training experience (preferably in a call center)
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
