This role is essential for maintaining the highest standards in training delivery while ensuring consistency across all training locations. The Training Specialist serves as a subject matter expert, educator, and mentor responsible for delivering customized training programs aligned with Blink's processes and customer service standards. This individual will directly train remote customer service associates while certifying and quality-assuring third-party site trainers to maintain consistent training standards across all locations.
