The Training Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that equip Care Advocates and support teams with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional member experiences. The role focuses on developing training materials, facilitating engaging sessions, and ensuring alignment with healthcare compliance standards and organizational goals. This position supports ongoing learning through onboarding, refresher training, and targeted skill development.

Job Description

  • Conducts training needs assessments in collaboration with Team Leaders and Quality Analysts to identify skill gaps and development areas.
  • Designs and updates training materials, job aids, and learning modules aligned with compliance requirements and business priorities.
