Trainer

Purpose: The Trainer is responsible for designing delivering and evaluating training programs that strengthen both the technical and behavioral competencies of Unified Microsystems employees. This role will conduct technical trainings as well as soft skills training to enhance communication customer service teamwork and professional effectiveness.
The Trainer plays a critical role in ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge skills and mindset required to deliver high-quality services aligned with company standards and client expectations.

• Assess training needs in coordination with the department heads.
