Training and Development Professional - Polymechanics

The primary objective of this role is to deliver technical training and supervision to polymechanics apprentices.

• Instructional Delivery: Teach CIE courses, manual machining techniques, conventional and CNC metrology, assembly skills to students.
• Workforce Planning: Plan weekly workload for machine apprentices ensuring seamless coordination between team members.
