**How will you do?**
- Coordinates trainings and re-certifications, ensuring training is designed, delivered and evaluated for consistency.
- Prepare and teach technical programs to help workers learn new technical skills.
- Prepare learning materials for programs.
- Maintains expert-level knowledge in at least one production department; evaluates and improves processes within work areas.
- Supports the updating of ODS and ODS certification of houly personnel.
- Utilizes internal and external resources as necessary to achieve goals.
- Collaborates with training team to assess, design, develop and maintain training solutions and components.
- Provides reporting to business area and training management.
- Conducts training and educational programs, on-the-job training, and colleague orientation.
