Design and manage training programs and certifications. Provide expertise in development design. Identify training needs and provide recommendations on programs and activities. Guide managers and supervisors in developing training skills. Conduct staff training Ensure 100% of production personnel is trained to perform their operations. Develop and improve the Trainers skills Maintain records and provide participants with feedback. Automate training management with the use of technology. Continue improving the training processes as needed. Design training policies and procedures as needed
