Job Description

  • Review the existing training deck and understand its learning goals, audience, and structure.
  • Transform the content into a Train-the-Trainer version .
  • Ensure the TTT version supports trainers in delivering sessions that are consistent, engaging, and aligned with adult learning principles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on tone, content delivery, and regional considerations if needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a trainer  or L&D professional  with a track record of developing Train-the-Trainer materials.
  • Strong understanding of facilitation techniques , adult learning principles, and learner engagement strategies.
  • Experience working on training programs in healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, life sciences, or clinical engagement  is a plus.
