Location: Onsite Bhopal
Shift: US Shift (EST / CST / PST)
Experience: 5+ years in US Staffing (with strong exposure to State & Federal Clients)

About the Role
V Group is expanding its public-sector staffing operations, and we’re looking for a dynamic US Staffing Trainer to empower our recruitment teams.

As a Trainer, you’ll play a pivotal role in building recruiter capability across State client programs, ensuring process excellence, compliance, and performance consistency.
What You’ll Do
✅ Lead onboarding and process training for new recruiters specializing in State and Federal client hiring.
✅ Design and deliver training modules on:
- US Staffing Lifecycle for State contracts (Contract, C2 C, W2).
- Understanding RFPs, RFQs, and SOW-based hiring.
- VMS/MSP tools like Beeline, Vector VMS, Fieldglass,
- US Tax Terms & Visa Types – W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, USC, GC, H1 B, H4 EAD, GC EAD.
✅ Conduct refresher sessions on compliance, communication, and client-specific processes.
✅ Mentor recruiters to improve submission-to-interview and interview-to-hire ratios.
✅ Standardize State client hiring processes and align them with client SLAs.
✅ Collaborate with Delivery & Account Managers to ensure training drives measurable results.
✅ Track performance metrics and create data-driven reports to measure progress.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in US Staffing, with at least 2+ years focused on training or leadership roles in State/Government staffing.
- Expertise in public-sector recruitment, compliance policies, and VMS/MSP environments.
- Strong command of ATS systems (Ceipal, Job Diva, Bullhorn) and major job boards.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to create engaging training materials and deliver impactful sessions (onsite & virtual).
