Job Description

  • Develop and deliver training modules under specified timelines
  • Manage training class and interdepartmental communication and coordination
  • Understand the process training for one or more verticals
  • Manage databases batch list, scores of agents, etc.
  • Assess performance of trainees and check tests
  • Interact with clients
  • Keep oneself and ensures ones team is updated, aware of, and compliant to all Company policies and procedures which include Information Security Management Systems
  • Ensure that all company information which includes customer information are kept confidential and secured
