Job Description
Training facilitators help prepare Cast Members for success by leading engaging classroom sessions and providing hands-on coaching throughout the park. This role is split between teaching and in-park support, ensuring employees feel confident, informed, and ready to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude are essential; teaching, training, or Silverwood experience is a plus but not necessary.
