(AISATS) Training Academy Counselor & Admin


JOB PURPOSE & SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES


  • To support the Training Academy in BLR conducting seminars and providing effective counseling to trainees, managing administrative operations, promoting academy courses, and ensuring smooth coordination of training programs and resources


Counseling & Trainee Support

  • Provide personalized guidance to trainees on career development, training pathways, and personal challenges.
  • Use strong counseling and convincing skills to motivate trainees and help them overcome barriers to learning.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and one-on-one counseling as needed.
  • Monitor trainee progress and maintain confidential records of counseling sessions.
  • Act as a liaison between trainees and trainers to resolve concerns or feedback.


Administrative Management

  • Coordinate scheduling of training sessions, trainers, and venues.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, certifications, and feedback.
  • Liaison with HR for Onboarding formalities and Documentation
  • Manage inventory of training materials, stationery, and equipment.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and reporting related to training activities.


Course Promotion & Marketing

  • Promote academy courses through digital and offline channels to attract new trainees.
  • Assist in designing marketing materials, brochures, and social media content.
  • Engage with potential trainees and corporate clients to explain course benefits and offerings.
  • Track inquiries and conversions and provide regular reports on marketing effectiveness.
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional events at different locations to increase awareness and enrollment for academy programs.


Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to Regulatory Standards, training standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Support audits and inspections by maintaining up-to-date documentation.
  • Assist in implementing improvements based on feedback and evaluations.


Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream preferrable in Education, HR, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in counseling, training coordination, administration, or marketing.

Relevant Experience

  • Experience in aviation, hospitality, or service industry training.
  • Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems).

Personal Characteristics & Behaviours

  • Strong interpersonal, counseling, and convincing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management tools.
  • Fluency in English and local language(s).
  • Exposure to course marketing, outreach activities, and trainee engagement strategies.
